Controller and scope

The controller for this website is XSR Agency LTD, XSR Agency LTD, Georgiou Karaiskaki 11–13, Carisa Salonica, Office 102, 7560 Pervolia, Cyprus. You can contact the controller at papadopoulou@remove.cy or +44 131 392 7745.

This policy describes the processing that can be observed in this website as currently implemented. It does not describe services or integrations that are not present on the site.

Technical delivery of the website

When you open a website, your browser necessarily sends a request to the hosting and delivery infrastructure. That infrastructure may process technical request data such as your IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, user-agent, browser, and operating-system information. This processing supports delivery, security, and troubleshooting of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The exact infrastructure provider, log fields, access arrangements, and retention periods are not determined by this client-side application. We therefore do not state a retention period or vendor promise here. Any processing by the hosting provider remains subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy information.

Assessment form

The assessment form lets you enter a review link, company, review count, email address, optional phone number, a summary, and a consent choice. The current form validates these values in your browser and keeps them in the page’s temporary React state. Submitting it only displays a draft on this device; it does not send the form to a server or save it in this website’s database.

The draft can be copied to your clipboard only when you choose the copy action. Clipboard access is handled by your browser and is not an upload by this website. If you subsequently send the draft by email or another channel, that separate communication may contain the information you included and will be processed by its recipients and providers.

Language selection

English and Greek are selected through the page URL: the English site is served at “/” and the Greek site at “/el/”. The application does not set analytics or preference cookies and does not store a language preference in browser storage.

Fonts and third-party requests

The visual design requests the DM Sans, DM Mono, and Instrument Serif font families from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts causes the browser to request resources from Google’s font infrastructure, which may receive technical connection data such as an IP address and user-agent. We do not control Google’s processing or retention of that data; please consult Google’s applicable privacy information.

The current application does not include Google Analytics, Twitter/X plugins, advertising pixels, or other behavioural analytics integrations. It also does not set a tracking-cookie consent system. The browser or hosting infrastructure may still handle technical data needed to deliver the page.

Legal bases and retention

Technical delivery and security are based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Language selection is determined by the URL and does not involve app-set preference storage. Information that you choose to send to us by email is processed to read and respond to your message and, where applicable, to handle a business or legal matter.

We do not assign a fixed retention period to technical logs in this policy because the applicable hosting configuration has not been established in this client application. Email correspondence is kept only for as long as needed for its purpose or applicable legal obligations, subject to the arrangements of the services used to send and receive it.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, request portability where it applies, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email papadopoulou@remove.cy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country of your habitual residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, its processing, or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page describes the processing currently identified for this application.
